  We are leaving the Substack platform and hosting all our content on the Sketcher Press website. Our new tagline: The Magazine of Graphic Journalism.

• Cheaper subscription options

  • A Digital subscription is only $9.99 per year. No, that is not a typo. It includes a bimonthly email newsletter of Reportage News, articles of illustrated reporting sent directly to your inbox and access to the full archives.

  • The Print + Digital subscription is only $29.99 per year and gets you two print issues of On the Spot shipped anywhere in the world at no extra cost (in June and December), plus invitations to Artists Talks on Zoom, special discounts and all the benefits of the digital subscription.

• Broader scope

  On the Spot now welcomes article submissions from a wider group of visual storytellers, including illustrators, cartoonists and any other artists who create compelling works of graphic journalism.
