Rewind: Let's talk travel sketching
With summer around the corner, many sketchers are getting ready to record their travel adventures on their sketchbooks.
During this Live Zoom, I pondered over the difference between urban sketching and travel sketching, browsed through one large-format travel sketchbook that took me six years to complete, as well as other sketchbooks where my travel sketches mixed up with drawings made in and around Seattle. I also showed my sketching kit and did a little demo with my favorite drawing tools.
